All fees, except for over traffic limit charges, are payable in advance.  Onewayout.net Society may discontinue internet service for accounts that remain unpaid after 60 days.

Over Limit charges are payable within 15 days of the invoice being sent to the user.

Monthly Fee $30.00

Max Download (averaged) 1.5 Mbps

Max Upload (averaged) 512 Kbps

Monthly Traffic Limit 15 GB  (measured by our server software)

Over Traffic Limit Charges $0.01 per MB (measured by our server software)

Tranceiver Rental : $10.00/$15.00 per month

All fees are plus appropriate taxes

Our server software records user traffic limits and those figures will be used to determine any supplementary monthly billing that is necessary due to over traffic limits (more than 15 GB/month).

From time to time Onewayout.net receives notifications that a specific user is engaged in copyright infringement when they download/upload protected material. When we receive these complaints we will restrict that user’s upload/download speeds until they confirm that copyright infringements will not continue. (Typically, infringement complaints are the result of download/upload of such things as movies, videos, music, etc)  If continued copyright infringement occurs then Onewayout.net may discontinue the user's internet account.
